Shot Tower

This looks like the Lead Shot Tower in Dubuque, IA-- Turn of the century arcitechture. What they did is heat lead to the molten stage and then drop it at the top of the tower. The lead would cool on the way to the bottom causing it to form a good "bullet".

But then again... this looks looks too new.
