Bring soymilk to a simmer. Add cocoa and stir until well blended. Turn off heat and add in sugar.215Ok, so I decided to try this tonight. Normally I'm fairly opposed to soymilk as it usually tastes like crap. I was pleasantly suprised to find that this was not only drinkable, but somewhat good. (John gave it good reviews too, although it was a bit watery for him). 1-2 Cups Soy Milk2 Tbs. Cocoa PowderPowdered Sugar to taste (ie. Lots)

Can you get almond milk
Something to try if you don't like soy! It is fabulous.
Also can you get chocoate soy? It may be pretty good with extra cocoa powder for an even better hot chocolate. I've personally never tried chocolate soy... but I do like the vanilla.
Don't forget a pinch of cinnamon and cayenne to help bring out the chocolate flavors
Almond Milk
I LOVE almond milk!! the only problem is that I think that I may have a nut allergy. John and I ate cashews last night and my hands look like lobsters (scaley lobsters to be exact) today. Bummer!
I can supposidly drink goat milk. Ever tried it??
